This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.58 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that after due investigation, the respondent police referred the matter as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent shall serve a copy of the closure report to the complainant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
