ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the the 4th respondent herein to made necessary remarks in the II Schedule of the Certificate of Encumbrance on property in Plot No. 2 in Survey No. 165/2 and Resurvey No. 165/2B as per the Layout to an extent of 1650 square feet out of 55 cents, which are out of the sold 1 acre 12 cents situated at Balaji Nagar, Municipality Ward No. 21 in Chettikulam Kanmaai Irrigation, Thiruparangundram Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District in the Document No. 1986/2013 on the file of the 4th respondent office as per Order of the 3rd respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.2816/Aa2/2022 dated 14.10.2022, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2025, in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to record the order passed by the third 3/6
respondent in Na.Ka.No.2816/Aa2/2022 dated 14.10.2022, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2025, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
