O R D E R

The petitioner alleges that the order passed by this Court has not been complied with. This Court had earlier permitted the petitioner to withdraw whatsoever the eligible amount as per rules.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel submitted that since under the Contributory Pension Scheme, he is not eligible to withdraw any amount.

3. Since an order to that effect has been passed, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he has to question the same in the manner known to law. With this liberty to the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed.
