RESPONDENT/RESPONPDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Sessions Fast Track Mahila Court,Kanyakumari at Kuzhithurai once in a week at 10.30.a.m. through the orders passed in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.13652/2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.723 of 2022 on 14.11.2022. Prayer in CRL MP(MD).13652/2022 in CRL A(MD).723/2022 : Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Suspend the sentence imposed on the Petitioner/appellant/accused No.4 in S.C.No.18/2017 on the file of the Court of Sessions Fast Track Mahila Camp Court, Kanyakumari at Kuzhithurai (FAC) Vide Judgement dt 26.10.2022 and enlarge the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the criminal appeal.

CRL MP(MD) No.1782 of 2023 Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 14.11.2022 in Crl.MP(MD) No.13652 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.723 of 2022.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.On the side of prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in three months until further orders.
