ORDER
This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in Spl.S.C.No.42 of 2014, on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge-cum-P.C.R. Court, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.On perusal of records shows that the grounds raised in the petition have to be gone into in a full fledged trial. Therefore, this Court is of the view that this criminal original petition is liable to be dismissed.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, considering the year of the case, the learned concerned Principal District and Sessions Judge is directed to dispose of the case, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are at liberty to raise all the grounds before the trial Court.Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
