Diploma in Sanitary Inspector Course offered by the 4th respondent institute for appointment to the post of Multipurpose Health Worker/Health Inspector Grade II and consequently to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Multipurpose Health Worker/Health Inspector

Grade II in pursuant to the G.O.Ms.No.516 Health and Family Welfare (EAP II-2) Department, dated 19.11.2021 taking into consideration of the petitioner's qualification within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. On the last hearing date i.e., 22.09.2025, learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to get instructions as to whether the petitioner is still interested in prosecuting this case. However, despite granting an adjournment, even today, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further time to get instructions and argue the matter. This writ petition is of the year

2022. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this writ petition.
