2.No useful purpose would be served in staying the present impugned order and it will also not allure to the benefit of the petitioner in any way. The issue requires to be adjudicated in the main writ petition and as such, the present miscellaneous petition need not be kept pending. Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition stands closed.
