ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner made a representation on 01.12.2020 to the first respondent seeking to remove the encroachment said to have been made in S.No.148/23, Nalloor Village, Kanyakumari District. On receipt of the same, the first respondent directed the second respondent to take appropriate action and report, in and by the proceedings dated 10.12.2020. Seeking action on the said proceedings, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Taking note of the above, we direct the first respondent to see to it that appropriate action is taken, in accordance with law, in pursuant to the communication sent by him, dated 10.12.2020, to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.1966 of 2021 the second respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
