ORDER

This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to recall the order passed by this Court in W.P.CRL (MD) No. 2738 of 2025, dated 19.12.2025.

2. This Court, by order dated 19.12.2025, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directed the official respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 13.11.2025.

3. It is submitted that, as of now, the respondents have neither conducted any enquiry nor passed any order. In the meanwhile, the petitioner herein has filed the present petition to recall the order dated 19.12.2025 passed in W.P.CRL (MD) No. 2738 of 2025.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a complaint had already been filed by the writ petitioner, which was enquired into and closed, and that thereafter a second complaint was preferred.

5. Since the official respondents have not conducted any enquiry, they are directed to conduct an enquiry by summoning both the writ petitioner and the petitioner herein, and to consider the case on merits. If any criminal offence is made out, the same may be proceeded with, if not, appropriate orders shall be passed in accordance with law.

6. This petition is ordered accordingly.
