This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.252 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Pattukkottai.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case against the petitioners/accused were ended in acquittal on 05.01.2018 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Pattukkottai.
