This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded. 4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
