This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to conduct proper enquiry by considering petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that one victim has preferred a complaint and the respondents have taken the same and First Information Report was registered. The petitioner's name was added as victim/witness list.
