ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd Respondent to conduct proper enquiry by considering petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the victim had preferred a complaint, which was received by the respondent police, and that a First Information Report was registered. The name of the present petitioner was added to the witness list/victim list.

3. Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. No Costs. 22.01.2026 KSA 2/4
