ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1 in Crime No.877 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.07.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 366 of IPC and Section 5(L) 6 of POSCO Act, and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the de facto complainant, his daughter aged about 17 years was missing from 24.06.2015 and she was secured on 29.06.2015 and within two days secured from the accused, again the accused have kidnapped his daughter.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this is the case of love affair and the alleged victim was having love affair with the petitioner, which was not accepted by the de facto complainant and therefore, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the de facto complainant has filed HCP.No.1082 of 2015 and the girl was produced before the Court and was handed over to the de facto complainant on 13.08.2015. It is further submitted that the victim is now residing with her parents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

satisfaction of the learned Additional District Sessions Court - cum - Mahila Court, Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders.
