PRAYER IN CMA(MD) No.SR55619 of 2015:Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the judgment and decree passed in M.C.O.P.No.21 of 2015, dated 30th Day of April 2015, on the file of MACT/Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Dindigul.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M. KAYALARASAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.There is an inordinate delay of 574 days in representing the appeal and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid to meet the ends of justice. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sumof Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one Thousand only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ to this court.

3.On such deposit, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the matter for admission.
