ORDER
These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 347 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 7th respondent, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 7th respondent, and to implead the legal representatives of the deceased 7th respondent as respondents 21 to 26 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Mr. S. Ramesh, learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents 21 to 26, except respondent No.24, has no serious objection for the applications being ordered. Notice to the 24th respondent has already been served and his name is also printed in the cause list.
3. Hence, these petitions are allowed.
4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
