This Civil Revision Petition has been filed for issuing a 1/4
direction to the District Court, Thoothukudi to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2012 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Report is received from the trial Court stating that now the arguments of the defendants Nos.1, 2 to 4 and 6 are heard in part and it is posted for further arguments. Even though it was heard in part, it cannot be completed because of heavy pendency and other in-convenience also stated by the learned trial Judge.
3. However, since the matter is posted for further arguments let the above said process be completed and the suit may be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
