ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.385 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent based on the petitioner's representation, dated 06.12.2022 given to the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that originally FIR was registered under Section 174(3) of Cr.P.C in Crime No.385 of 2022 and subsequently, altered into Section 302 IPC; that one Saroja was arrested and that the investigation is pending. He would further submit that the representation given by the petitioner, dated 06.12.2022 is pending before the first respondent.

3. Recording the said submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06.12.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
