ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Cr.No.2 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and his friend Balagan are college students. Due to previous enmity, the petitioners engaged some villagers and attacked the defacto complainant and his friend, thereby they sustained injury. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The co-accused A6 has been arrested and remanded in judicial custody. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the State would submit that A6 has been arrested and sent to the prison and these petitioners are the main accused who arranged village people to attack the defacto complainant and his friend. Hence, he vehemently opposed to the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. He would further submit that in the this Court, on 12.02.2019, dismissed the co-accused anticipatory bail petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and since this Court dismissed the co-accused's anticipatory bail petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
