For Respondent : Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- for Anticipatory bail in Crime No.14 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324 of I.P.C., and Section 4of TNPWH in Crime No.14 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) pointed out that the petitioners have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.1530 of 2020 already filed an earlier petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.917 of 2020 and that that the same was partly allowed on 23.01.2020. But, in this petition, it has been mentioned that this is the first anticipatory bail petition. It is obviously a false statement. 4.Since the petitioners have moved this Court with unclean hands, I am constrained to dismiss the same. Of-course, the earlier order given by me on 23.01.2020 will hold good. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
