ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Petitioner/Sole Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 294 (b), 420 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was working as a car broker. Due to second hand car transaction, the petitioner has failed to give a sum of Rs.35,000/- to the defacto complainant. When the same was questioned by the defacto complainant, the petitioner abused the defacto complainant by using the filthy language and also threatened him with dire consequences. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person, he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that as of now, no case/no enquiry is pending against the petitioner. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise.
