ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for harvesting paddy.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner is registered as CSR No.41 of 2021 and enquiry is pending.

3.In the circumstances, the fourth respondent is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 27.01.2021 based on findings and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.

4.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
