ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested, for the offence under Section 8(C) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, in Cr.No.13 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner was in illegal possession of 1.5 kg of Kanja and hence, the Law Enforcing Agency registered a case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit the the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is an innocent person.

to grant bail to the petitioner and he would submit that the the petitioner is having 17 previous cases.

5.Considering the nature of the case and considering number of previous cases pending against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
