ORDER

The petitioner has filed the writ petition challenging the order of suspension dated 25.11.2019 passed by the third respondent.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the order of suspension has been revoked by the third respondent, vide proceedings dated 07.09.2020. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
