ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Section147, 379 IPC r/w 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) and 3 of Tamilnadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss)Act, 1992, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an on earlier occasion, on 03.10.2018, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17588 of 2018, however, the petitioner is not in a position to produce surety within a time. Hence, the petitioner filed this second anticipatory bail petition.

is extended for a further period of two weeks. The other conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17588 of 2018, are unaltered.
