Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records connected with the Impugned Order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.12008/2/2017/M1/ dated 6.8.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to Re-imburse Rs.2,06,902/- (limited to Rupees Two Lakhs only) being the Medical Expenditure incurred by the petitioner for the treatment of Fatty Liver and walking imbalance atPandian Advanced Medical Centre, Madurai, A.R.Hospitai, Madurai and at P.A.M.C.Hospital, Madurai in the light of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in w.A.(MD) No.843 of 2017 dated 28.11.2017 and G.O.Ms.No.303, Finance (Pension) Department, dated 11.09.2018 within a specified period that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court in W.P(MD) No.22096 of 2020, dated 30.10.2018, the petitioner has preferred the present Contempt Petition, to punish the contemnors.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the order of this Court, dated 30.10.2018, has been complied with by the respondents, by paying an amount of Rs.1,05,659/- to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the Contempt Petition is closed. As there is no specific amount mentioned in the order, if there is any difference, it is open to the parties to workout their remedy in accordance with law. No costs.
