2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5206 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.243 of 2019, dated 29.08.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.1081 of 2020 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.5206 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.243 of 2019, dated 29.08.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
