[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.] The petitioner has filed the above writ petition as Public Interest Litigation to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to make adequate Drinking Water facilities, Medical Facilities including Ambulances, Public Transport facilities and other basic on the eve of "Thaipoosa" festival on 08.02.2020 at the Foothills of Arulmigu Thandayuthapani Swamy Temple, Palani, Dindigul District.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that for the forthcoming "Thaipoosa" festival to be held on 08.02.2020, the authorities are required to provide drinking water facilities, medical facilities including ambulance, public transport facilities and other basic amenities for the festival and in this connection, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 16.11.2019. But till date no arrangements were made.
3.Mr.V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notices for the respondents submitted that all the arrangements are being made by the authorities and that the representation of the petitioner would also be considered while conducting the festival on 08.02.2020.
4.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, we direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.11.2019 while conducting the festival on 08.02.2020. 5.With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
