ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 IPC r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Mineral Concession Rules r/w Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, in Cr.No.260 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an on earlier occasion, on 26.10.2018, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19109 of 2018, however, the petitioner is not in a position to produce surety within a time. Hence, the petitioner filed this second anticipatory bail petition.
