ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file final report in FIR No.174 of 2007 dated 19.07.2007 on the file of the respondent Swamimalai Police Station, Thanjavur District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed referring the case as 'Mistake of Fact'. He would further submit that RCS notice has also been served to the petitioner/defacto complainant. 3.Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law.
