This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners in the name https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint received by the respondents police, the petitioners were only called for enquiry and there is no harassment by the 2nd respondents police. It is further submitted that the complaint was closed on 09.08.2015.

3.Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
