ORDER:- This Revision Petition coming on for orders under the caption "extension of time" on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.11.02.2021 and a letter received from the Addl.Sub Judge, Srivilliputhur in D.No.324 dt.26.11.2021.through the principal District judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, this Court made the following order:

2.The learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputtur, has submitted a letter dated 26.11.2021 through the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputtur, seeking extension of four months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.243 of 2011.

CRP(MD). No.189 of 2021 3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Additional Subordinate Judge, Srivilliputtur, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned Judge and accordingly, it is extended by four months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.
