ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.5 of 2017.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that even though the F.I.R was registered on 10.02.2017, till today, the respondent has not filed a final report. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the Social Welfare Department report is yet to be received and after receipt of the said report, a final report will be filed and hence, he seeks three months time for filing final report. 4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
