ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the Spl.S.C.No.60 of 2019 on the file of the learned Special Court for the exclusive trial of SC and ST cases Ramanathapuram and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is arraigned as an accused. 3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The second respondent is directed to execute Non-Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner and the trial Court is directed to proceed with the trial. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
