ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District vide the letter in D.No.394/2021 dated 20.03.2021 and upon appearance of Mr.P.T.Ramesh Raja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate for the first respondent, this Court made the following order:

This Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, to complete the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2519 of 2019 on 19.02.2019. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, has sought for further extension of time of three months.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District, in the letter in D.No.394/2021 dated 20.03.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court.
