ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders directing the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation to any other jurisdictional competent investigating agency to file final report within the stipulated time in Crime No.641 of 2015 dated 03.12.2015

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the crime is of the year 2010 and the FIR has been registered in the year 2015. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that, even after lapse of eight years, investigation has not been completed by the Investigating Officer.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that during the course of the investigation, compromise reached between the complainant and the some of the accused persons, on that basis FIR was quashed against them. He further 2/5

submitted that the investigation is in progress and within three months, the entire investigation will be completed by the Investigating Officer.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.641 of 2015 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
