2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired into and closed on 14.10.2021. In any event, this is the matter, in which, the petitioner has to necessarily seek the remedy before the jurisdictional civil Court for getting injunction against the private respondents. Invoking the jurisdiction of this Court is not appropriate. Leaving open the petitioner's other rights and remedies, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
