PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records relating to the charge sheet in C.C.No.228 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Nilakkottai and quash the same as illegal sofaras the petitioner is concerned.

This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.228 of 2014, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nilakkottai and quash the same as illegal insofar as the petitioners are concerned.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
