Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent to file the Charge Sheet in Crime No.329 of 2014 on the file of the respondent within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the Charge Sheet in Crime No.329 of 2014 on the file of the respondent within the stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent police had closed the case as ''mistake of fact''. Thereafter, the petitioner had filed a protest petition and in the protest petition, further investigation was ordered by the court below by order dated 05.06.2017. Even after ordering further investigation, the respondent police is yet to file a final report.

4. In view of the above submission, the respondent police is directed to file a final report on further investigation within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
