.. Respondents Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code to direct the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner with the respondents on 23.02.2018 and 09.03.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaints lodged by the petitioner before the respondents on 23.02.2018 and 09.03.2018 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner the complaint was preferred by the petitioner, to take action against the proposed accused by levelling various charges including sexual abuse. Since no action has been taken on the complaint made by the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's complaint was enquired. The petitioner and the proposed accused had appeared for enquiry and during the enquiry, the proposed accused has agreed to give the Original School Mark Sheet and the College Degree Certificate to the petitioner and the petitioner also accepted the same. Recording the above, the complaint preferred by the petitioner was closed and a copy of the closure report is also produced before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks remedy to approach the first respondent to take further action against the proposed accused with regard to other allegations made in the complaint.
5.Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy before the first respondent, if so advised.
