This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused No.2, to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.848 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation charge sheet has been filed on 08.03.2018, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin, but sofar, the case was not taken of file.
