This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024 seeking allotment of free or monthly installment house which was constructed by the Tamil Nadu Urban Habitat Development Board at Aathikulam or Utchapatti Village, Thoppur, Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2024 and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance 2/4

with law, if not already disposed of, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
