O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 14.02.2018. 2.According to the petitioner, he has made a complaint on 14.02.2018 before the second respondent alleging that the proposed accused has approached the petitioner and received a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- for 2% interest and agreed to re-pay the same. But, after receipt of the said amount, the proposed accused did not repay the said amount. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the said complaint. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner made the complaint to the second respondent, which comes under the jurisdiction of Trichy District. On perusal of the alleged complaint given by the petitioner shows that the petitioner has to approach the concerned jurisdictional Station House Officer/Police Station, which comes within the Karur District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.In view of the abovesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the concerned jurisdictional Station House Officer/Police Station to make a fresh complaint. 5.Recording the abovesaid submission made by both parties, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Station House Officer/Police Station to redress his grievance.
