This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of D.V.C.No.10 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court), Karur.

2. I went through the contents of the petition. I am not satisfied that a case for transfer has been made out. However, taking note of the over all facts and circumstances, certain reliefs deserve to be granted. It is seen that apart from the petitioner, few others had been arrayed as respondents. The Court below shall not insist on their personal appearance. It is enough that the petitioner alone appears before the Court below. The statute categorically states that endeavour shall be made to conclude the proceedings within a period of two months. Therefore, the learned Trial Magistrate shall dispose of D.V.C.No.10 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the next hearing date. 3.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
