This petition has been filed to recall the order dated 11.12.2023 passed in W.P.(MD) No.12570 of 2021.

2. The 4th respondent in the writ petition has filed the present recall petition mainly on the ground that the writ petitioner concealed the pendency of the civil proceedings between the parties. 2/4

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/writ petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 11.12.2023, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruchirapalli, conducted proceedings and passed an order on 05.03.2025, directing all the parties to approach the competent civil Court and work out their remedy.

4. In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition.
