Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under section 173 of Motor Vehicle Act, praying to prefer this Memorandum of Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in this Honorable Court against the Fair and Decrital Order Dated 08.12.2014 made in M.C.O.P.No.218 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (IV Additional Sub Court), Madurai.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.RAJESH SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioners the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
2. There is an inordinate delay of 246 days in representing the appeal and therefore, this Court feels that the delay can be condoned on payment of costs to the Legal Aid to meet the ends of justice. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) to the Legal Aid Service Authority, attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to this Court.
3. On such deposit, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the matter for admission.
