ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and his parents under the guise of enquiry.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after receipt of the complaint from the third respondent, enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 15.03.2018 and hence, the question of harassing the petitioner does not arise. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
