ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to execute the bailable warrant issued on 07.11.2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial Level, Karaikudi in S.T.C.No.232 / 2016, within the period stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. Since the bailable warrant issued by the learned Magistrate is pending for more than three years, the Inspector of Police, Thirumullaivayal Police Station, Chennai is directed to execute the warrant within a period of twenty days from today (i.e., 05.03.2019).
4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
