ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.SIVA THILAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.D.RAJ KUMAR, Advocate for R2, the court made the following order:- This petition is to condone the delay of 134 days in filing the appeal.

R1 has been given up. R2 has no objection to allow this petition.
