NEELAKANDAN, Government Advocate for the respondents No.1 and 2, this Court made the following order: "This petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking extension of time period for payment of cost as imposed in the order dated 28.01.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1150 of 2019 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. Considering the submission made on either side, time granted by this Court vide order dated 28.1.2019, made in Crl.OP.No.1150/19 is extended further for a period of ten days from today.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
